So I’m kind of tempted to take a break from my body by vi challenge and try the 10 day master cleanse, but I’m not too sure about it since I really don’t want to lose the little bit of muscle tone that I’ve worked so hard for, I think I’ll look into it more and then decide.
I finally bought Zumba Fitness 2 for Wii today and I’ve gotta say that it’s a lot better than I thought it would be, it’s actually so much fun :)
Today I noticed I’ve developed more muscle tone in my arms and my stomach is looking a little flatter :) woo!
oh and I know 10 pounds is a lot to lose in a week, but it is possible for me if i stick to my body by vi shakes and I exercise daily.
so don’t ever think I am starving myself or engaging in any unhealthy habits or activities, and I in no way support eating disorders, unhealthy exercise and weight loss habits or purging.
and I would ask my followers or anyone else that happens to be reading this post to not partake in unhealthy exercise and weight loss habits and purging. Starving yourself and working out till you’re close to passing out is not healthy and you can end up causing a lot of damage to your body. When you workout, know your limits and stay within them, and do no deprive yourself of healthy food. Weight loss takes time, and if you’re willing to put the time into it you’ll be seeing results in no time :)
I’ve been slacking so bad on working out lately, I just haven’t been able to find the time the past few days, but I’ve decided I’ve gotta find time no matter what and get back into my routines. I found some great 10 minute workouts on youtube that are super fun and can be combined to create custom workouts.
I wanna try to lose another 10 pounds by this time next week
